Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in the house or near the stables This includes vapes, cigarettes, cigars, pipes and anything else
No illegal drug use… our friendly neighborhood cops are not opposed to giving you their own local lodging accommodations if you do so indulge.
Please, no dogs in the bedrooms or on the furniture. We get lots of extra cleaning fees and we will have to share them with you.
