This house is great for a large gathering of up to 15 people. It is located just 5 minutes from the downtown Wisconsin Dells and located on the ATV routes leading into and out of the Dells.

This is a large, wooded property with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 large kitchen and 1 kitchenette with a large refrigerator. The home has a wraparound porch with lots of seating and a patio with additional seating.

There are areas large enough for everyone to gather but also offer 2 separate living areas for some private time.

Outside the house enjoy the paths throughout the yard where many deer and other wildlife often hang out. Visit and take a seat by the pond and running water that is constantly servicing wildlife via the GEO Thermal heating and cooling system. Watch the trees for a large variety of birds and the regular singing of the Whip-poor-wills.

The bedrooms are large, and each has its own television. All 3 bathrooms are full with an oversized tub on the main floor and a tub/shower on the lower floor. Complete privacy in the master suite with a private loft, large bedroom and full bathroom with shower.

The lower level is new with its own small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and living room with walk-out to patio. The wood used to make the kitchen and bathroom came from the owner's family farm and was custom designed to fit this space.

Guests will not have access to the garage, the barn, the chicken coop and several closets within the home for storage of supplies.

It is recommended that guest staying in the winter have AWD as the driveway has a slight hill up to the home.
