Welcome to our studio unit, offering relaxation and privacy in a secure setting. Just 15-20 minutes from Mactan International Airport and 5–10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. Adjacent to the complex are a food park, convenience stores, 7-Eleven, a local bakery, and a laundry shop. The area is also conveniently located near hotels and beach resorts in Lapu-Lapu City.
