This condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is only .6 miles away. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh with skylight windows. Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area. Also, across the street from Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and numerous restaurants! No motorcycles allowed in property unfortunately.
