Pictures give great description of the space. Great apartment size for NYC. Awesome locations and tons of things to do nearby. Was notified prior the washer/dryer was inoperable, but that would have been useful to have working. Only other minor thing is feel that all the towels in the apartment need be tossed and updated.

Super cute place! Conveniently located and with nice hosts. I hope they will get curtains in the future. The windows in the bedroom stay pretty well lit through the night. Additionally we had early morning workers out side of our window and were not warned about it. So that was a bummer.

This is the guy hammering outside our daughter’s window. Otherwise, the house was nice.

We appreciated the location of this apartment, as we could connect to either the 103rd or 110th street subway stops. It was also exactly as pictured. A few things to keep in mind:1. The beds are extremely firm. If that is not for you, then this may not be the best fit.2. If you need the bedroom quiet and dark to sleep, this also may not be the best fit. Fortunately, I had an eye mask and earplugs, which helped a lot. The other guests with me did not.3. We could not get the overhead lights in the living room to work. There was a lamp to provide a bit of light, but you definitely couldn't read a book or do anything that requires much light in the evening.4. The shower in the bathtub did not drain well and was extremely slippery. I suggested to the host that they get a drain cover to keep hair from clogging the drain, and a non-slip mat.5. At the time of booking, we were informed the washer and dryer were out of order, but there was a laundromat around the corner.
