Luxury Southern Dunes Florida Villa, Gated Golf Community, Close to Disney, Pool

What better way than to spend your long waited-for vacation, than to spend it at a Florida villa. Our beautiful villa is set in lovely tranquil surroundings, situated on the gated golf community of Southern Dunes. While away hours on this stunning Steve Smyers designed par-72 course where each of the 18 holes proves a unique challenge to golfers of all levels.

If it's excitement you're after then we are well situated for the many theme and water parks with the new Legoland just 15mins away, not to mention Disney which is 20mins away and Universal and Seaworld which are approximately 25mins away. Busch gardens is a favourite with us and is 45mins away. We are also ideally situated for visting some of Florida's wonderful beaches such as Clearwater and St Petersburg on the white sands of the Gulf coast and Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the wilder Atlantic coast all are about 1hrs drive away, as is Kennedy Space Center.

Take advantage of shopping for top brands at the Florida mall, Orlando's largest mall. There are also lots of other malls and outlet villages off International Drive where you could shop 'til you drop.

For foodies there are loads of places to eat, many within walking distance. All major fast-food outlets and many great restaurants, the most popular of which is Manny's Chophouse are nearby. There is a super Walmart and Winn Dixie supermarket at the entrance to Southern Dunes for all your needs.

At the end of a busy day there is nothing better than returning to your home from home. When you walk through the door you walk into the cool tiled lounge and dining area. Rest your weary legs on one of the sofas where you can catch up on your favourite TV show on the 42' flat screen HDTV or watch a movie on the dvd player. You will find our villa to be very comfortable for your vacation and the 3-seater sofa also converts to an additional double sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen is fully fitted-out for all your dining needs with a microwave, oven & hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pans and all kitchen utensils. The cupboards are well stocked with tableware. The dining area seats six and there is additional seating for four in the breakfast nook.

Our villa has 4 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a tv with cable and an ensuite bathroom which also has a door onto the patio/pool. The second master also has an ensuite bathroom and a tv with dvd and cable. There are a further two twin bedrooms for your children to chill-out and they have their own family bathroom.

All bed linen, towels, tea towels and beach towels are provided so no need to use-up vital space in your suitcase bringing these. We also provide a highchair for younger members of your family.

The kids can cool off in the pool which is screened and has an additional optional safety screen for young children. This gives peace of mind knowing that if your young child goes outside to the pool area without you knowing then they will be prevented from coming to any harm by either getting outside the screened area or falling into the pool.

Southern Dunes has an additional 4 community pools, tennis courts, play area, fishing lake, gym and library. Tennis rackets are provided in the villa and court use is free. We recommend paying a visit to the lovely clubhouse, especially on a Sunday morning when the delicious Sunday breakfast buffet is enjoyed by people from miles around.

If you are all theme-parked out and fancy a night in then why not chill-out in our games room where we have a full-size pool table where many a family tournament has taken place. There is also table football (Foosball) and an electronic dartboard. For the gamers of the family there is a PS2 with a large selection of games and numerous board games.

If you want to see what's happening elsewhere and to keep you connected and let the kids check their Facebook, we have free wired and wireless internet. We have free local and National telephone calls within USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. International calls can be made very cheaply from the villa either using Skype or with a telephone calling card available at all major outlets.

At the end of the day when the kids have gone to bed, sit out and relax and enjoy a cool beer or glass of wine by the screened pool and plan another day.
