The beautiful home was exactly what we expected. It was clean, located in a safe area, near plenty of stores and great restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very much. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and we look forward to staying there again soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a few minor issues but were not terribly inconvenienced. We were, however, very disappointed not to have access to a gas grill as we always cook out often during our stays. It was not listed in the amenities, which was our mistake for not noticing, but we have never NOT had a grill during any of our stays at Southern Dunes. Except for that, we’d happily go back!

Thanks for the review. And the grill isnt listed or visible on the photos. Reason to not provide a grill is that its left terrible by guests and most of the cleaning teams are not cleaning it anymore. Getting a grill cleaned between guests has a charge of $60 and we don't want to add that to the cleaning fee. Also someone needs to take care of the propane tank. For thise reasons we point guest to a rental co.pany to rent a grill that is clean and comes with a full tank of propane.
