This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 1,816 sq feet vacation home sleeps 8 in style. With 1 King bedroom (on left hand side of the house overlooking pool area), 1 Queen bedroom (left hand side of the house, overlooking the front lawn) and 2 Twin bedrooms (one on each side of the house), there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or to just relax and stay in. The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. Iron board and iron are present too.

Great location and community amenities. The house was okay. It could definitely use a deep cleaning and refresh. Simple things like new linens and dishware would go a long way. Overall, decent place for a family vacation.

The location was great for the theme parks. The private and community pools were also very good. We felt that the house fittings and contents needed some upgrading.

I would stay here again!

Perfect size house for a family. Messaging with questions was answered very promptly. Close to amenities and Disney. I was expecting a wading pool but it was 6 foot on one end, so definitely swimmable.

Great stay for spring break

We have stayed in Windsor Hills for more than 10 years at various houses. This house had everything we needed. The pool was used daily so the extra charge for pool heat was well worth it. The south facing pool gave plenty of sun to the pool area throughout the day. We had more than enough room for our party of 3. We would definitely stay here again. The communication prior to our arrival kept us updated on everything we needed for the week. The house is close to the parks and to plenty of beautiful golf courses. We love this area and will be back again next year.

Awesome house

The house was amazing perfect amount of room and bathrooms which is a big plus. The neighborhood was close to a lot of things and if it wasn’t it was only a short drive away. The big hit was our own private pool you could stay in it all night. There were only 2 negative things I could say about the place.. the AC looks a little outdated and should be replaced soon I understand Florida is hot this time of year but when you go to bed at night and it’s 80 degrees in the house makes for a tuff one and the last 3 nights there we had a bunch of ants in the kitchen.

Activated remotely and hot in less than 12 hours.Plenty of facilities. We travelled with young children. Travel cot and high chair+ children's cups and plates etc.Communication with owners excellent.Used the communal pool on last day and wished we had used it sooner as it was lovely.Very safe site with excellent security. Nice and quiet.Walmart only quarter of a mile away.

Great villa, great location and great communication.

We stayed at the villa for 28 nights and had a great time. The villa is located within walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities which is very convenient. I was worried there would be noise from the complex but no issues with noise or traffic. It is also only a short 15-20 minute drive to some of the Disney parks and is just a couple of minutes from a large Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. The villa is lovely, great for a family, with en suite facilities for all the bedrooms. The villa had a well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery, utensils, pans etc. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and extra bedding and towels were provided. The pool area is good with no rear neighbours and the pool was much needed on hot days!!!! Communication from the management company and the owner was great. We had a couple of minor issues while we were at the villa which we reported to the management company and we were contacted by the owner really quickly to resolve the issues. One issue required an engineer to come out to the property and that was arranged really quickly and the owner let us know exactly when to expect the person and to advise that we would not need to stay home. The management company/owner made it really easy with the excellent communications. I would be very happy to stay at this villa again.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. The villa had everything we needed and more . I would highly recommend staying in this villa, it is also very close to main complex for a change of scenery . The communication was excellent. Villa was clean very comfy beds and sofas, pool area was great with nice sun loungers and very peaceful.

Overall nice placeMattress in master bedroom needs replaced. Quick access to DisneyWe had a great time.Just a heads up. Definitely have wildlife in the area. There was a small snake in the pool when we arrived. We removed the snake and no other wildlife found in the pool the rest of the week.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was plenty big for all of us! The bedrooms were a good size as well and made it much easier that we all had our own bathrooms. We chose to add heat for the pool and hot tub and it was fabulous, especially on some of the rainy days we had. The outdoor space was amazing as we loved to get up early to eat, read and drink coffee out in the sun. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed; however, many of the pots and pans weren’t washed well and we made sure to wash them throughly before and after we used which wasn’t a huge deal. The only “complaint” I had was the garage. The washer and dryer were located in there and when we walked in to look around, the whole left side of the garage was full of stuff. It was all very dirty and just piled on top of one another-most of it consisted of baby/kid items that I’m assuming is offered to use if needed. Luckily, those items were nothing that we needed, but I just wanted to mention it because it was quite an eye sore. With that being said, everything else was great! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again. Thanks so much!

Summit cheer competition

We loved the property! This was our second year, renting the property. However, I spoke with Remi. He was absolutely amazing each time. I called him. He called right back. The only thing I would like to mention is the pans were very old and burnt. That being said there was only one spatula that was melted on the end so we couldn’t make any pancakes or eggs. I did mention that so it would be a nice upgrade if you could replace the pan and some cooking utensils. We hope to see you again next year.

Enjoyed stay and able to relax close to pool while 1 year old was safe to play

My husband and I kept saying how we enjoyed this house a lot. Some reasons why enjoyed it- the net stretched on the patio allowed me to sit next to the pool and 1 year old able to play too. The house came with toys when we were there, so the kids could run around the garage and play. Some of house furniture was not in excellent condition but that was ok for us bc with having 4 kids with us, we did not feel like we were walking on egg shells if they drove a hot wheels car across the dresser. It was open. Each room had a bathroom!! It was a one story so we didn’t have to worry about stairs and little one climbing. Close to community pool!!! Community pool is only 4 ft or 5 ft deep but our 1 year old could play in it bc huge area of him able to walk around in the water. Nice walk to the castle park. We are hoping to stay here next year!! It really is set up from our 1 year old all the way up to 16 year old.

Large home with convenient location
