I loved my stay at this property. The owner was very responsive, the space was clean & had everything I needed for gathering with my friends comfortably, but also nice and quiet during night hours for a good night’s sleep. The location and parking was perfect for visiting my friends in the area.
Just know that Steven’s realty is terrible at communicating / poor property management 1. Pet hair was all over the couch and carpet , asked them to clean due to allergy, took days to send someone and she still didn’t clean it2. Couldn’t even sit in the living room due to the pet dander still not being cleaned, Asked again for reimbursement for that, for four days didn’t respond , said that they were going to send someone and never did 3. There was trash inside the couch , dirty clothes 4. Brown/ orange water was coming out of the kitchen/bathroom sinks , the shower , and toilet 5. Dirty pillows , bed blankets , and towels (thank god we had our own things) but not many people think to do it hoping things would be clean 6. They charge 200 and 250 security deposits and 100 cleaning fees when clearly there is no real cleaning being done And trying to charge 200 for property smoking when it wasn’t and there is proofWe are an active duty military family
Very dirty walls had food or something on it behind the pillows on bed. Dead maggots in the silverware. Filter in bathroom never cleaned. Styrofoam bowl on top of cabinets with food in it. The place stunk really bad. Other than that was peaceful and convenient to our destination everyday. I did report the status of the house with no apology or way to fix our problem of the nastiness so we chose to eat out for all our meals which made our trip more costly.
