We had an overall nice stay at this villa. The home itself is spacious, well-located, and has great amenities, making it a good option for larger groups. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable and added a lot to our experience.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Cleanliness could be improved—we found hairs in the showers upon arrival. The upstairs bathroom shower also had drainage issues, which made it inconvenient to use. The washer worked but cycles took significantly longer than expected. Additionally, the upstairs bedrooms could benefit from mirrors, and the extra downstairs room wasn’t usable due to humidity and warmth.With some attention to these details, this property could easily be a top-tier stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time but feel there’s room for improvement, particularly in maintenance and cleaning.

Wow is all I can say! The views of this villa were spectacular! The rooms in this home are so spacious and our group of 13 fit so well. The beds are really comfortable and the AC is perfect throughout the home. Ashly, our host provides everything you need as if it’s your home, she also adds warm welcoming touches throughout the house from fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries and thank you mints! The hammock in the main floor terrace was perfect to take an evening siesta! The pool is beautiful and you have towels, floats, seating galore! The pool view at night is so romantic!The house decore has a beautiful island flare with functional minimalist decore, very airy! Ashley as a host is extremely responsive and has resources available at her fingertips! From chef services, massage therapist to transportation services, she is amazing!All our guest loved the rooms, house and amenities that ones with villa Mimosa! I highly recommend you book your stay here in Rio Grande! Oh, the home is conveniently located to one of the most beautiful beaches in PR, Luquiio. Literally three miles from the villa! You could not ask for more!
