Extended Family Reunion

We brought 3 families together for a Labor Day Weekend of fun and the More Than View didn’t disappoint. A great location in a beautiful home close to plenty of fun things to do for young and old kids alike. If you need a new modern home with plenty of open spaces look no further.

Highly recommended. Great cabin, with views and enough space from other cabins to feel very private. Staff were very responsive and great communication. The hot tub was clean and worked like it should. Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. We are looking forward to coming back.

Family Thanksgiving

We had 10 adults staying at the house. The bedrooms had plenty of space. The kitchen was a bit small to cook for 10, but we made it work. The knives desperately needed sharpening, difficulty carving a turkey & ham. I used mountain men, the food was great, for the Thanksgiving meal.Overall, it was an excellent experience for our families.

More Than A View

Beautiful property! My group loved our stay. The property managers were extremely helpful, communicative and easy to reach. My only complaint is it’s a bit hard to find at night (which the property managers made us well aware of) and the fire pit on the upper deck wouldn’t light so we didn’t get to experience it. Otherwise, the property, hosts and our stay was perfect. I would recommend to all.

More Than A View was an amazing and stunning place to stay with my partner, friends, family and dogs!! From the breath-taking views and the centralized area -- it was absolutely perfect for our getaway. I love the ambiance, and just the little things that were taken into conideration - like - the motion-detected lights on the outside stairs, the games, puzzles and other entertainment, and the comfy bedrooms. Before the stay, I had great communication with Marshmellow and they were very prompt and informative with their responses. So many memories were made and shared in this cabin! We would definitely stay here again!

Great family time

We had the best time! Loved the home even though we had a few issues. Property management was quick to respond and repair. Things we wished we’d known to bring: our own knives, foil and Saran Wrap, extra laundry detergent. We washed towels a lot because there aren’t many extra. Overall a win!!!

Unfortunately one of the A/C units went out 2 days before our stay and Kyle worked very hard to secure 3 portable cooling units for the second floor so the bedrooms would be cool for our stay.
