My only complaints the beds were hard and there were ants in the kitchen before we even unpacked but there was ant spray under the kitchen sink. Overall we had a wonderful time.

When I arrive to the property, I was astounded. The pictures are exactly as posted. Everything was in immaculate order when I had an issue with the television in the living room and the kitchen someone from the property owners or a representation of the property manager came right over and fixed it and my state was awesome. My family loved it. I will be coming back.

The cabin was very clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our group of 11. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Our biggest disappointment was that the property was much more worn than the photos suggested. We dealt with ants in the kitchen, a shattered master bedroom window upon arrival, worn decking, unstable end tables, flickering lamps, and a pool that could use some maintenance. The beds also weren't the most comfortable.Overall, we had a great family trip because of the people we were with, but I do wish the listing more accurately reflected the current condition of the cabin.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear the cabin was clean, spacious, comfortable for your group, and that you found our team friendly and easy to work with. We’re sorry, however, that the condition of the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing photos. We appreciate you bringing the ants, window, decking, end tables, lighting, pool, and bedding concerns to our attention. Our maintenance team is already working through these items and we’re addressing the areas that need attention to keep the property in the best possible condition. We’ll also review the listing photos to make sure they accurately represent the home as it is today. We’re happy your family was still able to enjoy your time together, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us identify where we can improve for future guests. - Vacana

Work retreat

We stayed at “The Hive” for a few days to escape and this cabin did not disappoint. Although the drive down gravel roads for 4+ miles was not ideal the seclusion and peace this place offers is well worth the drive.

Good evening Ashley, Thank you for taking the time to write us such a wonderful review and we are so happy you enjoyed your stay despite the gravel road leading to the cabin. Sometimes the path less traveled is sometimes more freeing. Please do come visit with us again!

Weekend getaway

The place is beautiful. I loved my stay there, check in and out was easy, the layout was perfect. The accuracy of the photos are 95 percent true, there was some wear and tear of the property/furniture, needs some upgrading. Cleanliness for the most part was good, had some dirty chairs and it was very dusty. The only complaint I would have is the mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable/thin and in the master bedroom the bed frame squeaks so much I had difficulty sleeping.

Absolutely the Best!!!

Well maintained and stocked with kitchen equipment and all amenities! Quick response to a hot tub issue (very normal issue with hot tub). We all loved the house, the pool and hot tub, the surrounding area, and hanging out with family. We made s’mores in the fire pit the last night for a wonderful memory. Highly recommend!

Nice place

We loved the property! Killed quite a few spiders, no coffee pods that fit the coffeee maker, wish pool was heated, the master shower seemed rot hold water, we really enjoyed disconnecting. After staying I thought the price was extremely high. I’m a clean freak so I went ahead and cleaned up, started dishes and washed towels. We only slept in 2 beds

This was a beautiful house. In our opinion it was not a well maintained house. The outside deck and pool area did not look as if it had been cleaned or even furniture placement set up before our visit. We did not want to sit in outdoor chairs due to uncleanliness. The false drawers on vanities kept falling off in two of the bathrooms. The kitchen chairs were also very dirty. Again a beautiful house, but not well kept. We enjoyed our stay, but would not rent this property again.

surprised it is a Marriott Bonvoy property as it needs lots of maintenance. The oven was broken and covered in grease. The fan in the master bedroom was broken. The air filters in the house have probably NEVER been cleaned. My husband has pictures if you would like to see them. We paid a ton of money for a premium property and it was far from it! We checked the filter because after everyone became stopped up, we figured they were dirty. We had a newborn baby with us so it was especially important. I won't be back. I also think you should let people know how far down a dirt road this property sits....I did not rent trough Marriott Bonvoy , but I am a member and so tempted to let them know.
