This home was beautiful, with clean, comfy beds, and great if you have dogs! Safe place for them to run around. Great location- close to the beach, golf, shopping and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property with a great yard for dogs. It was definitely the best stocked (toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee etc.) rental we have been to in a long time. Would definitely stay there again.

The house size, spaces, and yard were great for our family. However, the home was not immaculately clean or well maintained as the other reviews cite. The kitchen was particularly problematic… there were actually dirty dishes and used coffee cups put away as clean, a big soft spot in the floor, and more. Additionally everyone in our party developed allergy symptoms while staying here. We know this is a pet friendly stay, but this house could use a deep clean. We wouldn’t stay again.

Hi Danielle, I have to say, I was very surprised to read your review, and I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. I truly wish I had been made aware of the concerns you experienced while you were at the house so I would have had the opportunity to address them. Over the past two and a half years of owning this home, we’ve hosted a couple hundred guests, and we haven’t received similar feedback about the house making anyone feel unwell. Our cleaner spends four to five hours thoroughly cleaning the home before each check-in, as we take cleanliness and our guests’ comfort very seriously. When your dad called at check-in to ask about sponges, I ordered them right away and arranged for them to be delivered. During that same conversation, he complimented how clean the house looked, so I was understandably surprised by the concerns raised in your review. We make every effort to respond promptly and take action whenever a guest brings an issue to our attention, whether big or small. Our goal is always for our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay, and I’m genuinely sorry that wasn’t your experience. Your dad and I also spoke by phone after your stay, and he expressed surprise at the review as well. I wish we’d had the opportunity to discuss your concerns during your visit so we could have worked toward a resolution. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take our guests’ experiences seriously and will continue doing our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home.

Wonderful and relaxing

This was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation! The outdoor setup was perfect for hanging out by a fire and just spending time with family! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

The house is amazing, the property is perfect especially if you have pets, and the location is great! The house is close to stores, restaurants, and the beach! The host is incredibly helpful and understanding with a pretty quick response time. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved the location and the house. The fenced in yard was great for dogs. The owner was awesome. I loved everything and didn’t want to leave. The beach was a short drive and restaurants were close by and shops too!!!

Great place to stay

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect. The area is nice. We felt safe enough to walk around the neighborhood. The house was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. Restaurants and grocery store is about 5 minutes away.

50th Birthday Weekend!

Amazing property & amazing hosts! My adult kids and I had a great time! Everything we needed was here for us, short drive to the beach and this house was CLEAN! We enjoyed the front porch and the awesome back yard with the fire pit and bench swing. Overall 5 stars for sure! I regret not booking it for a longer period of time! 😁

Family Time

House was very clean and well kept. Stayed here because it allowed more than one pet and they didn't need to be under a certain weight. Huge fenced back yard for them to run and play was the best part. Just wish there was more grass and less dirt. It was hard keeping that out of the house. Overall a great stay!
