The washing machine needs updated. You need to add lawn chairs to lay out at the pool and directions on how to use the hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nice place to get away from the fast pace of Vegas but close to get back there.

We enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas at this property! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The host was very quick to respond and helped us navigate turning the hot tub and pool on. The hot tub system was old, and took a little bit of effort to get going, but once we got it on, it was very warm.

This place was great for our recent trip to Vegas. Far enough - yet still close enough - to the Strip, it was nice and spacious. It is also conveniently located close to a lot of shopping and food options. We took our two little dogs and the backyard was perfect for them to get some outdoor time before it got too hot. There is also a seating area on the side of the house that has shade in the morning so we were able to enjoy our coffee and read. Finally, I cannot say enough good things about our host! Jay was great at communicating, answering our questions, and checking in on us via the app. He helped make this whole process and visit very pleasant.

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our stay. Pool was clean and refreshing after a long day out in the Nevada heat. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to all communication. Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Fit the needs for 6 days for family of 6 plus 2 fur babies. The home was clean had no issues there. Very beautiful backyard which is what really sold me. Pool was great was cleaned during mid point of stay which was nice. Secure fencing all the way around yard so no issues with the dogs getting out. Helpful prop owner reached out made sure we were good. Would recommend

Starcrest property.

This was a very nice house. Beds were comfy. It was well stocked. Back yard was adorable and would be real fun if not so chilly. We will be back!!

Pool House

There were 6 of us running the Mt Charleston marathon. The house was perfect! The cleanliness was A. Everything you needed was there. Jay the host answered all questions quickly and assisted us during our stay. If you’re looking for a place to go to the strip or hiking this VRBO is the place closest enough to go to either.

Great stay and location

Jay went the extra mile in helping us with changing our payment method at last minute! He's very responsive. We notified him in morning that pump was smoking and he replaced by the time we came back from the track that same day. And he checked in to make sure if we needed anything. House is centrally located and has all the basic stuff. Spa hottub was great after being at speedway during day. Would stay here again.notified him in mot

Dirty entrance, horrible front garden.Kitchen without necessary kitchenware.Wash machine is the first model lunched by industry, pre historical.Very dirty grass on backyard. Can’t walk bear foot there.Grill never had a cleaning session. To manage pool equipments you need to be an expert.Property is very nice lacking care from owner.

Response from VrboOwner on 29 October 2025
Hello Sergio, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not fully meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. 1. The listing clearly states that the property includes a washing machine only and does not have a dryer. The washing machine is a brand-new model available for guest use. 2. While our cleaning team strives to prepare the home thoroughly before every stay, occasional minor oversights can happen. We offered a complimentary re-cleaning, but unfortunately did not receive a response to schedule it. 3. The pool equipment operates automatically, as is standard for most residential rental properties. Guests do not need to adjust or manage it manually, except only to turn on the jacuzzi. 4. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Many guests have complimented the home’s upkeep and cozy atmosphere. We appreciate your comments, as guest feedback helps us continue improving!
