Located two and a half miles from the heart of Washington, Utah, this captivating, two-story home is nothing but the perfect vacation abode for your family and friends! Spend entertaining evenings grilling on your private patio while your friends talk and share memories on the inviting outdoor sofa. Upon entering this air-conditioned home, a chic open floor plan will greet you. Curl up on the sectional and stream a favorite show on the smart TV with Roku in the living room. Or if you would like to take it up a notch, make sure to visit the complex's shared amenities which include a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub. The open kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Surprise your friends with their favorite recipes and be the star of the group!

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on the first floor and a desk on the second floor.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! It was the perfect fit for our group of 5 adults, 3 kids, and our pet. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the property was very family and pet friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The kids also loved going to the pool and hot tub each day!Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. Quick, helpful, and friendly.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group.
