Enjoy our brand new Kitchen and hardwood floor throughout the condo. Skylights atop our 13-foot vaulted ceilings ensure that you are never far from the invigorating Ocean City atmosphere. A separate dining area provides a view of the comings and goings outside on Central Ave. A full size kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking. Amenities include washer and dryer in unit, AC throughout, 6 beach tags, TV in every room and high speed internet, beach toys and chairs in your private storage room (can be used to store your bicycles). Travel up a few steps and down the hall to the bedrooms and bath. Continue down the hall and out to the porch.

So close to everything, but quite up above the street. Step out for a brisk three-block walk to the boardwalk or beach. Grocery store is only two blocks away, with the . Asbury Avenue restaurants such as the Chatterbox, Yanni's, Luigi's etc. are half a block away.

We are taking extra precautions given the situation this summer season. In addition to their regular cleaning, our cleaning service has added an additional step of disinfecting and sanitizing during the transition cleanup between the time the prior guests leave and the new ones arrive. As part of their checklist they are ensuring that all high touch items like door knobs, remote controls, refrigerator handle, faucets, etc. are sanitized properly after the previous guest leaves. We are also ensuring that all the cleaners use masks and gloves while inside the condo to ensure that there is minimal risk of infections.

We enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice condo with plenty of living space and bedrooms. It was reasonably quiet, despite their being a lot of traffic in this part of the city. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which I did not mind at all. Plenty of breakfast places close by and it's nice to be close to the Asbury downtown shopping area.

Fun experience

House wasnt as clean as you would have hoped. Hair/dirt in utensil drawer and cooking appliances/pots pans were a mess. Ten minutes to walk to beach/boards. Very close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and ice cream parlor. Overall great time with the family.
