Full bathroom, parking for 1 vehicle, WiFI, 2 flat screen TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, full oven, microwave, 8 cup coffee maker, cookware, toaster, blender, dishes and utensiles . Access to pool located in Santa Barbars South Bldg a three minute walk out the back driveway. Limited Exercise room next to lobby and coin operated laundry is on the premise. Please Note: No smoking is permitted in the building, balcony or parking area.
