Located in the heart of beautiful Ocean City, NJ, this spotless 4th floor condo is just two short blocks to the beach & boardwalk and two blocks to great shopping & dining on Asbury Avenue. 1 bedroom, 1 bath with new queen bed and new queen sofa bed. Full eat in kitchen with all amenities. Views of the 9th street bridge and peak of the ocean from the private balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony which also provides comfortable seating for meals & drinks in the evening. This unit offers upgraded WiFi, which is in addition to the WiFi offered throughout the building. Features of this building also include: assigned parking, elevator and Swimming pool with lifeguard! Weekly rentals only during the summer season. . *Booking has already begun for the Summer season!*

Lovely condo in great location

Bob & Stacie were wonderful hosts! The condo was immaculate, located in a secure building, and included parking. We were within walking distance of everything on the north end. Can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Wonderful Condo

Bob was very responsive. The condo was everything we expected it to be in a great location to boot. It was a smidge small for our family of four, but we knew going into it space would be cozy; not a reflection of the property. Thank you so much for having us stay!

We're so happy you are considering our condo! We have been coming to OCNJ our entire lives and have continued the tradition with our 4 children, and now our grandsons. My grandparents met here in 1939, so my love for Ocean City is in my genes! Each summer we would come for the week and do many day trips in between. We have always dreamed of owning a property here, and in April 2017 our dream came true! We take great pride in keeping it clean and comfy for our family and our guests. We rent Saturday-Saturday in season (May-Sept) and short-term rental off season (2 night minimum).

Why they chose this property

We love in here at the Santa Barbara South! It is in the center of everything Ocean City has to offer. Just cross 2 streets and you're on the boardwalk at the amusements, cross 2 streets and you're in the heart of the Asbury ave shopping district. The owners and management take great care of the building so you can be assured of a wonderful vacation.

What makes this property unique

We have a private balcony off of our 4th floor condo where you can see peaks of the ocean to the right and the 9th street bay bridge to the left. Our beautiful pool is located on the second floor and is like a private oasis from the rest of the town. We also have a lifeguard on duty at all times when the pool is open! There are many lounge chairs, as well as umbrella tables with chairs.
