We stayed in this condo for 4 nights. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had dinner every night on the balcony and watched the sun go down. Building is quiet and right on the beach. Condo is a nice size and convenient to restaurants

The view was amazing, couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! The neighbors were all amazing!!The condo was nice, could use a good carpet cleaning, especially the master!! Pots and pans need to be replaced. Warped and worn out.Furniture well worn, not comfortable.

Nice beach

The property overall was fine. Pool area was never overly crowded and it was in a quiet area. Parking was decent and they also have an overflow lot across the street to park. The condo we stayed in wasn't the cleanest and the deck outside really needs a good cleaning. Wifi was not connecting for us and the living room TV had lines in the picture. We tried reaching out to the owners and never got a response back. We would go back to Gulf Shores but not with teenagers, not enough for them to do. We would also stay at a different condo.

The condo is older, kitchen is very well equipped and the views of the Gulf are fantastic. The advertised heated outdoor pool was not heated and this was a big disappointment as you can’t swim in the gulf waters. Floors need a good cleaning with more than vacuuming. Otherwise, good stay overall.

Surprising balcony

The cool weather of February wasn’t a problem…we were protected from the wind and were able to be on the balcony nearly everyday! The view of the Gulf of Mexico was amazing and we were able to see a large school of dolphins swim by.

Elevator outages caused loss of beach/pool time

We were on the 8th floor. Elevator was out 1 1/2 days during the week making it difficult to do anything but take our dog for potty breaks only. It was out again the day we checked out making for a miserable experience for the numerous trips needed to check out with our belongings. It kinda overshadowed the good days we did have.

Great location for 4 adults and one golden doodle. Went down for annual mullet toss so we were in/out a lot. Condo was clean and neat with beautiful view from top floor balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Read some reviews about issues with elevator but they were way overstated. Elevator was plenty big with little wait time. Additional parking across the street was convenient but we never needed. Would book again if in the area.

Great location and liked that we could bring our dog with on vacation. The furniture was ok but not real comfortable. Overall it was a great condo and enjoyed our stay! The host got back to us right away with any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone with a dog.

The views and access to the beach were great. The furniture was ok but not super comfy but not a deal breaker since very little time was spent inside. I would suggest adding beach towels for guest. We went without because we didn’t feel right about taking the white bath towels.

Hi my name is Tracey. Myself, my husband and 2 children reside in Suwanee Georgia. We are originally from Alabama and my husband grew up in Loxley. My sister and I own this condo and 5 others in and around the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We grew up visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and continue to vacation there to this day. We love the gulf coast and hope you will as well!

Why they chose this property

Love that this complex is pet friendly!!! As a veterinarian and life long pet owner having a place to vacation with your pet was important to me personally. Also this unit has such a great view and the very relaxing low density complex makes for a laid back experience.

What makes this property unique

We love getting up a bit early in the mornings at our condo. We make coffee and sit on the balcony watching the waves. If the water is still, we watch for the dauphins to swim by. I just love to watch for the dauphins. Sometimes they jump and play.

The jetted garden tub in the master bath is a great way to relax. The bay view from the master bath is beautiful.

After a nice work out in the work out facility on the 1st floor, a few minutes in the sauna or steam room are perfect.
