About The Owners: Apple Tree Farmhouse was a passion project for the owners in 2020, both of whom have extensive experience in historical renovation & hopsitality marketing and branding.

Combining talents with attention to detail, restoration know-how, tasteful styling & detailing, they worked with a team of Vermont-based builders and artisans to recreate this 1790s historical landmark, one of the oldest original Farmhouses in the Mad River Valley.

Amazing property and house

All we can say is wow! The views, the property, and the house were all amazing. Everything felt comfortable and luxurious. Even with all the fine furnishings inside it was a good environment for our toddlers to play and have fun.

Alumni Weekend

We were up to Vermont to go back to Norwich for Alumni weekend. We typically stay over in Sugarbush but decided to try something different. The location of the property was perfect as we went to the Pitcher Inn for drinks and dinner every night as it was at the bottom of the hill from the house. The house was immaculate, the renovation that was explained in the write up was great as all of the upgrades to the property were a great mix of new and old. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.
