Beautiful beach house built in 2015! This 3 bedroom 2 bath house offers one of the best views on Grand Isle. The large deck is partially covered so you can relax in the shade or soak up some sun. Nice spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops and great room with 60inch LED flat screen tv makes it easy to enjoy time with family and friends. Queen size sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. Enclosed outdoor shower makes it nice for washing away the sand. There is a fish cleaning station for cleaning the days catch.

Why they chose this property
We decided to build our house in Grand Isle after over twenty five years of going there to fish and just enjoy the beach. I literally started thinking about buying property there on my very first visits. I fell in love with the quiet, peaceful, laid back lifestyle of this beautiful little island. Now our five year old granddaughter loves it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
There is nothing like sitting on that nice big deck watching the sun come up over the Gulf of Mexico or having a drink as the sun sets over the bay. The view from the kitchen window actually makes doing dishes enjoyable.
