Ocean Village, 2/2 totally renovated

Beautiful 2/2 in Catamaran 2. Just a short walk to the beach and pool. Everything is brand new and all you have to do is bring your swimming suit and sunscreen!
The master bedroom has a king bed and flatscreen hdtv. The 2nd bedroom has 2 doubles and a flatscreen hdtv. The kitchen has everything to feel right at home. Enjoy the family rooom with a 51' flatscreen hdtv and a bluray disc/dvd player.Wireless throughout.

Relax by the pool or enjoy the sand between your toes. Everything you need is at this resort. Go by the tiki and have a cold drink and a light lunch. Play a game of tennis or 9 holes of golf. You can finish off the evening at the restaurant and a nice warm soak in the jacuzzi.
We've included everything for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, and beach umbrella available.

The owners are so pleasant to deal with! This condo has everything you could possibly need.

We have rented from Karen and Kevin at OV the last two years. Their property is always spotlessly clean. They respond to any requests or questions immediately. You won't be disappointed if you rent this property.

Great January in FL

We enjoyed our third trip to Ocean Village. This property was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The owners responded quickly to one appliance issue. They were very easy to commmunicate with We liked the location of the unit within OV. I enjoyed the mornings of yoga followed by round robin tennis and made new friends for doubles tennis too. We also enjoyed PB nearby, the pools and on site restaurant.

This is a wonderful condo with incredibly kind, accommodating owners.

We loved our stay in Ocean Village. So many activities to enjoy—biking, golf, beach, great pool with tiki bar,—the list goes on and on. The condo is wonderful—beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. We highly recommend this condo. We truly loved our time there.

A wonderful winter vacation!

We shared this experience with long time friends. The location, the amenities and the accommodations were excellent. Karen and Kevin were very responsive to work with. This was our first time staying on Hutchinson Island and we liked the location very much. It was all that we hoped for.

A Condo to Remember!

We have stayed in many locations and many condos in Florida over the past 15+ years. This condo in Ocean Village tops them all. Ocean Village has wonderful amenities and we were in walking distance of them all. The complex is safe, the grounds well kept, and the beach, of course, is gorgeous. Everything in the condo worked beautifully and the internet was easy to access. We were especially impressed by the quality of the furnishings and major kitchen appliances, as well as the number of small appliances (blender, crock pot, toaster oven) available to us. Security personnel at the gate were extremely helpful with our visitors and guests, as well as the delivery of a crib we had to arrange. The owners are friendly, gracious, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation on Hutchinson Island.

Awesome!

The best condo we have ever rented! So spacious, immaculately clean, and everything we needed for our vacation. The resort is secure and enjoyable with great pools, walkways, and access to the beach. We were so happy to find a place close to Ft. Pierce with such accommodating and accessible owners who take great care down to the small details to make sure everything is just what the renter needs for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Unit

We've stayed in Ocean Village several times over the past half dozen years to vacation with my family. It's a very pleasant place to stay. This was the best of the units we have rented. Everything was in good working order. It was clean upon our arrival and well equipped. The AC kept all rooms cool, the internet worked with no interruptions, all kitchen appliances functioned well, all lights and fans worked, etc. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again in the future.

Great condo

We had a girls week at the beach and this condo was perfect for us. It is extremely well maintained, top of the line products. It was very quiet and relaxing with plenty of room for all of us. Easy walk to the pool and beach. I would definitely rent this condo again - owners were very flexible on arrival and departure dates, whereas others in the area did not want to work with us on our stay. We loved our week at the beach!!

My stay was for 2 mo. and it was very nice

The condo was very clean,very nicely decorated, and equipt with everything you would need,The description was accurate, location was good,photos were exact .The owners were very nice to talk to and took care of all concerns we had . You wouldnt want any nicer . I definately would recomend it to any one. It was close to all the activities I wanted,Golf,Pool ,walking distance for most everything at Ocean Village. Several restaurants close ,on the beach,A very nicely taken care of gated community.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the first time I've rented at Ocean Village, but not the first time through VRBO. I have to say that this unit makes you feel that you're at the beach as soon as you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you possibly need. I felt right at home and will definitely rent this unit again. Ocean Village offers it all.
