Every two-bedroom Breckenridge residence at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers spacious living areas, thoughtfully designed furnishings and lock-off flexibility.

The residences at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 are inspired by the mountain environment that surrounds the resort. Well-thought-out architectural details that seem born of the surrounding landscape, spacious floor plans designed for comfortable mountain living and plush furnishings that bring a superior level of sophistication to the resort all create an atmosphere of a luxurious home away from home.

Great location and great amenities. If you are a ski or snowboarder, this spot is 30 feet from the base of peak 8. Made it so easy to come in and out throughout the day. Laine was very easy to communicate with and made the trip and access very smooth. Will for sure stay here again!

We live in Chicago but love to ski in Colorado! Nothing beats Breckinridge from this resort to the mountain to the great ski town. Winter or summer. We love it here - it's our happy place!

The Grand Colorado is such luxury, with ski-in/ski-out, lockers on site, beautiful accommodations, plenty of hot tubs and pools and an adults-only hot tub/sauna and cold plunge. What's not to love?

What makes this property unique

Very few ski-in/ski-outs have full kitchen, are family friendly, but also adult friendly. With a game room, movie theaters and tons of on-site activities, there is something for everyone. Our kids love this place as much as we do!
