About this property

THE PERFECT VACATION IS WAITING FOR YOU AT FANTASY ISLAND ON MANASOTA KEY!!!

We purchased our Fantasy Island condo in 2024 and did a complete redecorate and remodel with all new furniture. Our property is centrally located on Manasota Key in Englewood, Florida. We are across the street from the Gulf of Mexico beach (approximately 300 steps) and about half a mile to the local bars and restaurants.
You can spend your evenings on the enclosed balcony with a water view of Lemon Bay and the beautifully landscaped pool area. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa and a beautiful fireplace. The open floor plan has a dining table that seats 4 and the kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a walk-in closet. The attached master bathroom has a tile shower with double shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the sliding glass door opens onto the enclosed balcony.
The amenities include Wi-Fi, 3 smart TV’s, stackable washer/dryer, ceiling fans, linens, towels, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks, and a 2-car garage.
With this atmosphere, guests will find their vacation truly enjoyable. It's easy to see why you will be able to unwind and enjoy your vacation at Fantasy Island.
Our unit is are non-smoking and no pets please.

Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave any wet towels hung up to dry.
Please set A/C to 80 degrees at check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Lease must be signed and completed. Driver's license must be disclosed before arrival.
Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable unless able to re-rent. A $150 fee (plus any difference in rental rate) will apply
Paper products and supplies (soap, shampoo, ect) will not be replenished after check in.

Lucky to find this hidden gem.

We were fortunate to find this condo and were not disappointed at all. Tina was great to work with through our entire three month stay. The condo had everything to make you feel like you’re living at home. The decor and furnishings were new/clean. The pool area and beach access make the location hard to beat. The two car garage with bikes and kayaks was a huge bonus as well. We highly recommend this property and can verify the owners are genuinely great people to work with!

We are originally from central Pennsylvania and made a permanent move to Florida in August of 2022. We bought our 1st rental property in Ocean City, Maryland in 2011. Over the years we had purchased 4 more units in Ocean City. In the spring of 2024, we decided to put a couple of our units on the market because we wanted to purchase properties closer to where we are now living. In July of 2024, we sold our 1st property in Ocean City and purchased our Fantasy Island Condo.

Our Fantasy Island condo is at the end of the complex with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. The area is very quiet and a perfect piece of paradise.
