Lovely Cabin in North Carolina Mountains

Appy Pappy's is a lovely mountain home located on Seven Devils, situated centrally between Boone and Banner Elk. A short one-mile drive will bring you to Otter Falls Trail, a beautiful hike with views and a waterfall. The Seven Devils Town Park is also about one mile away, and offers basketball, tennis, pickle ball and ad playground. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is less than ten minutes away, and is sure to delight guests of all ages. A short fifteen minute drive will take you to Sugar Mountain Resort or Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Grandfather Winery is short six minute drive away. Want to take a walk across the famous mile high bridge? Grandfather Mountain is twenty minutes down the road.

Appy Pappy's is an inviting three level log cabin situated on a wooded lot with seasonal mountain views. Upon entering the cabin, guests will find exposed log walls, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, and hardwood floors. The living room has comfortable furniture around the beautiful rock fireplace and TV, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The wood floors continue into the dining area and kitchen, creating a seamless flow. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. The island has seating for three, in addition to the dining table, with seating for eight. The covered wrap-around porch is awaiting your freshly cooked meal from the Blackstone griddle. Dine at the large table, or share stories by the gas fire table in the comfortable outdoor living area. Upstairs, the loft has a pool table, work station, and queen sleeper. The lower level has a bar with TV and access to the lower patio. Step outside and relax in the hot tub, or roast marshmallows around the fire pit.

This charming log home has four bedrooms and bathrooms spread out over the three levels. The master suite is located on the top floor has a king bed, TV, and a Jack-N-Jill bathroom. The main level bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. The queen suite has a TV and private ensuite with a step-in shower, while the king bedroom has a TV and access to the common bathroom.

Additional amenities include six mini-splits that provide comfort throughout the cabin, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. The cabin is accessed via a gravel driveway and has parking for three vehicles. Please note that there are security cameras in place overlooking the entry drive and fire pit area, parking area, and the side yard. AWD or 4WD are recommend for winter travelers.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
