This property was perfect for our family of five during our stay in Louisville. We came down for the basketball tournament and it was very easy to get to and from the convention center. The house had plenty of room to relax and we loved the front porch. The only thing we needed was a little longer or wider driveway. Our two cars struggled to fit length wise without sticking out onto the road. Otherwise, the house had a lot of charm and fit our family’s needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house nestled very close to Derby. Very clean, and owner very receptive and quick to respond. Wonderful memories made here with friends!

Understood the house was old style that was not the issue. Had a massive amount of dead bugs on the living-room floor and inside the dryer even. Weird. Host was good and called me but he MUST change the cleaning crew and check on property before people arrive. Location for where we were going was good.

This beautiful property is in an old neighborhood, just off the highway and very close to the airport. Our stay was very convenient to get to the Kentucky State Fair where we were showing horses at the horse show.We didn't do much cooking at the house except for a quick breakfast/coffee to start out day. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group of 5 people. We met the neighbors who were very friendly and we enjoyed our time in KY!
