It is located in the Hotel Zone, on a very quiet and safe closed street. Across the main avenue you can find Tortugas Beach with its beautiful blue caribbean colors. Right there you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Easy access by public transport. 5 min from the area of nightclubs, restaurants and shops.

It is a complete, private studio. Located on the top floor, you have to take a few stairs.

You will have the studio just for you, with:

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so you can arrive at any time.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost).

Compartimos el lugar de estacionamiento con otro departamento de abajo. En caso de que no este disponible favor de comunicarse con nosotros y vemos si algún vecino les quiere rentar su lugar. Por favor no se estacionen en ningún lugar que no nos corresponda.

1. Horarios de alberca de 7:00 am a 9:00 pm y se pide seguir las reglas de convivencia de las albercas.
2. No hacer ruido después de las 9:00 pm.
3. Prohibido colgar ropa y toallas en las terrazas o ventanas.
4. No se permiten visitas extra en el edificio o departamento.
5. Prohibido fumar dentro del alojamiento.
6. Respetar el lugar de estacionamiento.
7. El condominio puede poner una penalización en caso de no cumplir las reglas.
