Nice, smaller apartment. Quick trip for our son to participate in the triathlon. Location was great - 1/2 mile from the Waterfront Park where the race was located. Also right down the street from local restaurants. No issues and the property was clean and well maintained.

Lovely Property with Prime Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in historic downtown Clermont. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the area. We also plan to recommend it to our family when they visit. The hosts, Craig and Debbie, were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, comfy and quiet

Easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and other activities. Nice, clean place and the beds are very comfortable. Large laundry room and easy parking. Super quiet neighborhood. Excellent communications. Google maps thinks it’s a block west of where it is but Apple Maps was correct.
