Badminton Net, Fire pit by the Dock, kayaks with life jackets, peddle boat, to name some of the outdoor recreation. The house comes with 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. A additional Rec room in the basement provides a Foosball Table for the Champs. While the front of the Cottage overlooks Highway 62, Kitchen gives a full view of the Lake at the back. Enjoy your time in this serene environment, away for the city hustle and bustle.

Why they chose this property
It’s safe, and Family oriented. It’s out by the Lake amongst the trees, yet a Modern home by the countryside, thats close yo the downtown. Just to Relax n Enjoy.
What makes this property unique
The Bright Red Roof. You will see it from the highway. This is a brand new construction amidst a treed lot in a natural and serene environment. Chery on the top is the Lake in the backyard.
