This spacious 2BR/2BA condo (1,500 sq ft) has everything you need: a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, king beds in both bedrooms, smart TVs, fast WiFi, a queen sleeper sofa, and a relaxing screened lanai. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking, elevator access, and a luggage cart.

We’ve thought of all the extras, too—cruiser bikes, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and beach towels.

RESORT AMENITIES
Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Being just off the island was nice if you want to go into Bradenton; you can skip the busy weekend morning traffic. Great amenities for kids: pool and splash pad. Floriday's restaurant was just a short walk and a nice open air sunset dinner.

Perfect spot for exploring the coastline and enjoying local attractions.

Our stay at this beach apartment was wonderful. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the décor. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and everything works perfectly. In addition, the atmosphere is very peaceful, ideal for disconnecting. The hosts were very attentive, responding quickly to our questions and ensuring that everything was in order. It’s a place we highly recommend without hesitation and one we will definitely return to on our next vacation.

Beachy and Bright Condo!

Beachy and Bright Condo! We were so thrilled with this condo! So beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything one would need to enjoy a family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the beach and restaurants - about 5 minute drive. We were also able to explore the island on the bikes provided, which was so fun. When we return to Florida, we will definitely be staying at this condo!!

Great property

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only thing I could complain about is the beds. I prefer a softer bed. Be prepared if you are a side sleepy as both beds are very hard. Otherwise the property was perfect.

Although it isn’t the property owners fault the only issues we encountered were the early mornings with dog barking and the overwhelmingly unpleasant odor outside.

This unit is comfortably and tastefully decorated. Four large sliders open to the screened lanai to enjoy the outdoors. This unit faces west so you can enjoy sunsets. Located close to preserves to walk or bike. Just off of one of Florida's famous islands, Anna Maria with white sandy beaches. In walking distance to an outdoor restaurant on the water. The pool is just steps away with BBQ's close by. A great place to stay and relax, explore and watch sunsets. The owners provide bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and more to make your stay relaxing. I will gladly return!

amazing week we spent with multi-generations

What an amazing week we spent with multi-generations as a family at Beach Daze! We have experience with all-inclusives, Airbnb's, VRBO's, resorts etc....& this is a definite return destination. The particular unit we were in included all sorts of upgrades in the kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, any items needed to prep meals for a crowd, games, books, a screen porch we spent a lot of time in & so much more! The furniture & decor. was also amazing. We were a hop & a skip to a lovely pool area which included grills & a pavilion with seating for a crowd. We enjoyed walks through the nearby marina & the Tiki Hut bar a quick jaunt from the condo. We can't wait to head back there with the amazing location & all that Anna Maria has to offer!

Excellent, beautiful property

Only problem was that for a property that sleeps 10 (we only had 5) there is only 1 fob. You need a fob to go anywhere, even the pool, so 1 is not enough. We asked for an additional fob, and we’re told the HOA only allows 1. However, we rented 4 other smaller condos and each had 2 fobs. I think at over $500per night, 2 fobs would be good. Also lanai furniture is not great…. Overall the condo is wonderful.
