This VRBO is in an excellent location, close to hospitals, the University of Cincinnati and the fabulous zoo. Beautiful place to stay with a lovely sitting area out back.

Beautiful renovated home and was very comfortable for spending family time! Neighborhood is walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Although located close to road, good windows made for a quiet stay!

House exceeded our expectations, beds and bedding were very comfortable. Located in a great area and within walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

We were very impressed with this home. Very clean, modern and well stocked. The location was great. Very close to several activities, shopping, and dining. Very nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. We will for sure return for any future trips to Cincinnati.

This house was the perfect place for our extended family gathering (4 adults; 2 kids) in every possible way. The layout of the house allows for both shared connections and time alone, including spacious 3rd floor bedrooms and a large 2nd floor common area / kitchen. The Pac-Man arcade game was a hit with everyone!We enjoyed the neighborhood’s amenities, as well as its proximity to places like Downtown and Northside. We highly recommend this house and would be back in a heartbeat upon visiting Cincy again.

We had an amazing time!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outside seating in the evening. We had great communication with the Host. The area was a lovely and quiet historical neighborhood. We were a little nervous not knowing Cincinnati neighborhoods well but were pleasantly surprised with the location. We felt safe and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Wonderful property within (long) walking distance to University of Cincinnati! This house was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a full kitchen and three bedrooms. Folks with minivans should know that the garage is a bit shallow, so you will have to pull in very close to the wall… but free off-street parking in town is a huge bonus. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This is an incredible home! The bedrooms are welcoming with comfortable cozy beds, amazing modernized showers and tubs and incredibly spacious closets! The kitchen is phenomenally stocked and very easy to work! The additional turf patio area was a delight to enjoy with family & friends! What was the most impressive about our stay was all the details the owner put into making us feel welcomed like dear friends! I was impressed by the lovely fresh flowers in every room! I was touched by the details put into the presentation of towels in florals and bows! The snacks and water offered were very thoughtful! We appreciated laundry facilities that were stocked and a available for use! I would absolutely recommend this home!

House was great overall, but giant windows need blinds

We liked the house and the location was great, overall I have no complaints. My wife docked a star because she's a light sleeper and there was an enormous semi-circular window with a street light directly outside of our window.
