Conveniently located on 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this expansive home is also close to Seaside, Seagrove, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the primary bedroom balcony, and either take a quick walk to the private beach or use the community tram. The home opens onto 30A’s pedestrian sidewalk, providing easy access to the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that make 30A famous!

• Parking for 3 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• No Pets- No Exceptions

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
