Great stay away from winter

Great house, good location to area we wanted.Had to park in driveway. Garage not available to park in. TV in every room, pull out couch iffy, could use a mattress topper. Grill work great and was clean. House was decorated very nice, and comfortable. Would stay again

Sebastian is a small town that offers all the amenities and friendly neighbors with a peaceful environment. Perfect area to enjoy it all.

What makes this property unique

Not only I found this awesome town fascinating, this area is just a gem. You can enjoy the peace and quiet, but also the occasional children's and youth mingle in the community. Property is just 15mins away from beaches, 10mins form I-95 and and 1.5hours from Orlando. The perfect spot to get away.
