4 bedroom with 2 and 1/2 baths. Golf front home sitting on hole #13 of Pinehurst #3 (Donald Ross course) with large deck and gas grill. Beautiful setting and great golf views. Only a 800 yard walk to Pinehurst Main Clubhouse course 1-5 and Village of Pinehurst shops, Restaurants, Bars. Wifi ,cable with 55 Inch Smart HD TV in large great room. Nice Ping Pong Table in the Carolina room. Downstairs master bedroom has King bed. Other downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and big desk.
3rd bedroom upstairs has both a Queen and a Full size bed.
4th bedroom upstairs has Queen and a twin size bed.
Great room has a twin pullout sleeper sofa, one large couch and an L shaped sectional.

Great stay for our yearly trip at Pinehurst. This house was perfect for our group. Spacious living room, relaxing back deck right on #3, and walking distance to the main clubhouse. Prompt communication throughout the whole process & a great overall stay! Would rebook in a heartbeat!

8 guys stayed in this house very comfortably. House had everything you would need for a great stay. Excellent location with only a 5-10 min walk to the Pinehurst Clubhouse. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pinehurst.

Great house, location

We had a great stay at Bill’s house for a golf weekend. Location is unbeatable, right on fairway of a beautiful par 5 hole and close to clubhouse of No 2 course and the Cradle. Also enjoyed all of the golf themed books and memorabilia around the house. Hope to book the house again for our next trip!

Golf Group Retreat

Pinehurst Golf Trip 2021

This house was a perfect set up for the golf trip we planned in Pinehurst. Layout and features of the house were awesome for comfortably sleeping and entertaining 8 adults. Location was the biggest feature, right on the fairway of the #3 course and less than a mile from the clubhouse and village. Hats off to Bill for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Great location on golf course.

There is plenty of room at this house for 6 of us during our visit to Pinehurst. The beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the ping pong table! The outdoor space is lovely.
