This 3 season cozy cottage has a unique and gorgeous view as it sits upon 2 piers and overlooks beautiful Faraday Trout Lake. Wake up to wonderful sunrises as the sun pours into the living room. This cottage sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 queen beds and a double daybed in the living room. The cottage comes equipped with a full kitchen with small and large appliances , including a Kuerig coffee maker, cutlery and dishes, and pots and pans. The bathroom is a 2 PC, with a separate showeroom. The interior is fully furnished for guests to relax and enjoy. Below are 2 piers or decks where guests can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. On this deck, there is patio furniture and a propane BBQ and rowboat. This cottage received renovations of new flooring in the kitchen and living room and has received a newly renovated bathroom. All of our cottages include Amazon Firestick on the TV and DVD players. Arowboat with oars. Life jackets or (PFD's) are available for both adults and children in limited sizes upon request. We also provide a paddleboat and firepit, which are shared amongst the cottages.
We ask that all pets be kept off the furniture and be cleaned up after on the property.
General Area
Located on private lakefront property on Faraday Lake, which is about 4.9 miles from Bancroft. The shoreline is composed of sandy beach and rocky, picturesque areas. We are very particular about keeping both the interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and updated for all ages. Each cottage is completely private, with natural woodland surrounding each one.

Equipment Provided
Each cottage is fully equipped with modern indoor plumbing, hot and cold running water, and showers. All cottages feature a colour TV, AM/FM radio, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, small appliances, and microwave, as well as a conventional cooking stove and fridge. Our cottages contain either wood burning stoves or electrical heaters. There is a propane Bar-B-Q for each cottage. All cottages come equipped with their own aluminum or fiberglass rowboat and dock. There is one paddleboat to be shared by guests. Campfires can be arranged at a safe outdoor pit near the shoreline (provincial restrictions may apply).

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers canceling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers canceling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers canceling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: The primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, and pets permitted.
No smoking inside the cottage and no buts will be permitted to be disposed of on property.
We don't allow excessive drinking or load music on the property.
A max of 2 pets cottage are allowed, all animal must be picked up and disposed of on outside of property.

All garbage and recyclables must be removed upon departure and taken to the local Faraday Township dump in clear garbage bags.
We provide a Temporary dump pass and kit. The Facility is now charging for Temporary dump pass. This is included within the cleaning fee.
