Great location for solo traveler

First time I travelled solo in a long time. I felt very safe and the accommodations were perfect for just one person. The host was very helpful with all the questions I had.

Great property

Very clean and well stocked. We were able to figure out the TV fairly easily (not always the case with more than one remote!). Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location - comfortable accomodations!

Property is exactly as described in listing - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were waiting for a house to be finished and were able to cook, live and enjoy the location. The host was exceptional with communication! Just understand it can be loud with the music in the courtyard, but it was enjoyable for us and done by bedtime. We will definitely stay again!!

This is perfect location and cozy condo- everything we needed. Our property manager was exceptional with communication! Be alert to music at night down in courtyard but was done by bedtime.

A town within a town

Excellent location in the European Village surrounded by the beautiful community of Palm Coast. There are miles of paths - to walk, jog or bike and great views of the intracoastal. The condo is clean, functional and fashionable and Joe is a great and attentive host. We already booked for next year!

Wonderful.

Property was clean and well appointed. Owner was very courteous and thought of everything. Thank-you for the bottle of wine. Very near the beach and shopping. The property had a belcony that overlooked the very lively courtyard with live music on the weekend.

Decor was very well done, warm n welcoming! Beds were very comfortable but detested the wooden platforms, bruises on shins! The sofas need replacing! Kitchen great! Many lightbulbs didn’t work or burned out.

Good place for three day stay

Property was accurately described. There are walking and biking paths in the neighborhood. Except on Mondays and Tuesdays there are several food and beverage options in the complex. Owner is very responsive.

Winter/Spring get away

My wife and I decided we wanted a short 5 day Winter/Spring get away for some warmer weather and opportunities to enjoy some seafood restaurants and get in a few rounds of golf. We were pleased to be able to accomplish both activities. We got to meet the property owner (Joseph) who helped us understand the entry code system. He was very pleasant and told us to call him with any additional needs. The reason for the Good on Cleanliness was because the shelve with the glasses, plates and coffee mugs was dusty, which was probably the earlier renters may not have used them and the property's owner cleaning agent didn't check them. I would rent again from this owner.

Comfortable accommodations with relaxed location

Visiting relatives in the area, we didn't have much occasion to use the restaurants and small pubs immediately adjacent, but we did use the trails for daily walks. The condo is nicely furnished with adequate supplies to allow one to eat in, which we did for all our breakfasts. Owner very responsive and kept checking with us to make sure the stay was working for us. We make periodic trips to Palm Coast and will try the accommodations again, calendar permitting.

Very niclely appointed condo with a European flair. Very chic bathroom with double vessel sinks.

The property was clean and decorated in keeping with its euro-style. I would recommended it and stay there in the future.

Great, clean , comfortable condo in a perfect location.

The condo was perfect clean, 2 comfortable queen beds, large bathroom, cozy kitchen and living room. The balcony over looking the center court is fun on the weekends. Some great restaurants and a couple micro breweries just steps away. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely try to stay there next time I am in Palm Coast.

Great place, great location!

This unit is Great! Very homey and comfortable. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sunday flea market, shops and eateries. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. European Village is easy to get to and has many things to see and do very close; St. Augustin, Daytona, Orlando. I would book this unit again. Great beaches!
