The property was so stunning from every single direction. I watched the sun set over the mountain as I swung on the biggest oak tree I've ever seen. It was the quietest property I've ever stayed at. It was a genuinely restful and rejuvenation sanctuary. We will be going back.
The house and the property were great, and the location was great. The only problem we experienced was that it was ladybug season, and they invaded the kitchen window and other windows. Really, can't hold that against the property owner. But we enjoyed our stay and will use this home if available in future visits to the area.

Thank you for your stay and for the kind comments about the home, property, and location—we’re so glad you enjoyed your time there.
As you mentioned, certain times of the year we experience a short ladybug season in the area, and they’re often drawn to warm, sunny windows. They’re harmless and common in rural properties, but we still do our best to manage them and keep the space comfortable for guests.
We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are happy to hear you had an enjoyable visit. You’re welcome back anytime.
We have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and this property is at the top of our list of favorites. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The outdoor space offered amazing views and the firepit was an ideal spot for watching the sun set behind the mountains in the evenings. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog to roam and enjoy her stay as well. We are already planning our next trip to the area and staying at this house will definitely be a highlight of that vacation.
The house and property were exactly as advertised. Remote and very clean and peaceful. If you are looking for a good location to UTV trails the property is in a great location to easily access a lot of different trails. Will definitely be back.
If you are looking to get as far away from society as possible, this is about it. Which is exactly what our group was looking for as our vacation was focused on spending as much time on the trails as possible. Direct access to the National Forest to explore with our SxS’s was a huge priority, and this location did not disappoint. The cabin is nice, however, probably not set up best for two or more adult couples. Personally I feel it was a little overpriced to comparable properties. Especially for a studio style layout. But it is a nice location if that’s what you are looking for, and we thuroughly enjoyed our time. Hector’s communication was great. Very responsive and helpful. For our stay, it rained the entire time. And the access road across the cow pasture is not maintained. Perfectly fine when dry but when wet, very slippery. Hector was understanding and worked with us as we dealt with the heavy rainfall, and the wet and muddy conditions that slowed us down being able to depart from our stay. Overall a great experience and I hope we can make it back again one day.
This location was absolutely perfect!! Breathtaking views from the porch, friendly cows to love on, and well located for anyone searching for a place to stay will off-roading!
If you want to get away this is the place. We loved the location and how remote the property is. Great for a couple or a couple and small children. We took our SxS and had 2 good days of riding on local trails. Spent a couple of nights cooking BBQ and watching the stars. Had a great time. We plan on returning.
