The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Take out the trash. Trash needs to be hauled to the dumpster by the entrance where the security guard house/checking/main lake is at. • Turn light switches off in all rooms.
• Keep floor & Nightstands LAMPS ON as they have SMART OUTLETS
• Double-check that you have all your belongings • Gather all used towels and place them in front of washer machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Everyone's name in your party should be sent at least 4 business days before check-in. Access will be denied if you bring more ppl than listed.
-Community takes SPEEDING very seriously. You will be responsible for any speeding violation given by BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY.
-An additional fee of $8/day per person on a weekday and $10/day per person on the weekend is required to utilize the community amenities.

The online description of the property was very accurate. Check in was seamless. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. I would recommend this property to all.

We had a wonderful stay, and Jamie was very helpful and communicative. We brought our dog, and the house had dog bowls and beds, which was really nice. It was spotlessly clean, and the baths and kitchen were high-end. It snowed when we were there, so the property looked beautiful, but we didn't use any of the outdoor areas or amenities. The seating was a little awkward, but the fireplace was great!!

It was a pleasure hosting this guest and their dog during their stay beginning December 27, 2025. They were respectful of the home, followed house rules, and left the property in great condition.
