Good price, clean/nice unit, neighborhood isn't the best

The unit itself is lovely and clean and host was very communicative. TV didn't work but that didn't really bother us. There is fairly loud road/airplane/train noise and the entrance from the garage to unit needs improvement. The neighborhood isn't the best but that is likely why the unit is priced where it's at. Overall, it worked for our needs.

Stephanie, thanks for choosing us for your stay. It was my pleasure to host you. My apologies again for the TV. I sat up different times with you to come check the Tv and actually had bought a new Tv to replace it but unfortunately our times didn’t match up. This is a gated apartment complex that sits conveniently located in the city of Dallas. It does say in the details of the property it is 8 min walk to Dart Train, 6 min drive to Dallas Love Field Airport and 10 mins from Downtown Dallas. The location is easy accessible if you don’t have a vehicle. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants, close to American Airlines Center, UT Southwestern , Dallas Market Center.
