The condo is in a gated community on the 17th hole of Woodhaven Golf Course. You'll have a spectacular view of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Four pools to choose from; golf cart for golfing; four TVs with WiFi; large patio to BBQ; fireplace; brand new kitchen appliances; AC/heat; parking in garage and on driveway and more. 30-day minimum stay.

Beautiful Italian fountain in the atrium with large clock.

Kitchen has all new updated appliances. Stocked with dishes and pots and pans for cooking and baking. Large dining room table and also counter with bar stools.

Front room has beautiful tiled gas fireplace. Two fans to keep cool. Recessed lighting over couch. Small bar with sink and wine refrigerator.

Back patio has a fountain with hummingbird feeder. Lots of hummingbirds! Two large umbrellas, one with solar lighting. Yard landscape lighting dusk to dawn or hours you choose. New Weber gas bbq.

Both master bedrooms are equipped with a TV and apple TV device, ceiling fans, and complementary bathroom amenities. The smaller bedroom has a TV and apple TV device and ceiling fan.

Large garage with washer/dryer and hanger to hang/dry clothes. Tools are available for your use. Garage does fit one car. Room for another car in driveway.

Golf Cart -- A four seat golf cart is available for use with renters on lease with valid driver's license.

We just listed our property with VRBO and you can be one of the first to enjoy our wonderful home. We've made it very special for you. Woodhaven Golf Course is a 19-hole golf course with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a club house with a bar and a wonderful restaurant. Very close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Acrisure Arena and Coachella.

A wonderful month in the sun!

We had a wonderful February at this property. It had everything we needed and more. It is spacious, comfortably decorated and has every amenity you might want. Cindy was a gracious and responsive host, getting back to us promptly around any query or concern. Located in the Woodhaven golf community, this condo has a beautiful patio view onto the golf course, complete with a pond and fountain and a view of the mountains. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene. Inside the condo is well laid out to ensure privacy, with the master BR upstairs and the 2 additional BR's downstairs. All have their own bathroom. We hosted friends and later family while there. We all enjoyed each other's company, while also having privacy. Cindy provided so many thoughtful touches: A basket of coffee, tea, goodies in the kitchen. Basic condiments and spices. Everything was there that we needed in terms of foil and Saran Wrap, plastic bags, etc. She provided essentials in the bathrooms too. And even laundry soap for the washer dryer. The place was immaculate, with lovely bedding and linens and a really good mattress in the master bedroom (and we are very picky!). The Woodhaven is a great location in Palm Desert and we really enjoyed our visits to the Living Desert Zoo, El Paseo for shopping, the market on Saturday at The College of the Desert, to name just a few. We found the other residents in Woodhaven to be very friendly. We highly recommend this property and host and hope to return.

We are from Seal Beach, California. We have been coming to Palms Springs for over 50 years. In our 20s we came to party; in our 30s to enjoy all the activities; in our 40s to unwind; and in our 50s and up to enjoy life to its fullest.

Why they chose this property

We love the fact that when we come off the freeway the view is beautiful! When we pull up to the security gate we enjoy the pretty view. When we open our shades to the patio and 17th hole we feel we are in another life it's so picturesque.

What makes this property unique

The location is one of the best in the complex. Three comfortable bedrooms makes it great for family and guests. A four-seater golf cart to tootle around in. Golf; pickle ball; tennis; 4 pools; clubhouse with a great restaurant and bar; pro shop; 18 hole beautiful golf course. We've had the property since April 2024 and we've upgraded it uniquely! The renters we have had this year have requested to return.
