We came to Raleigh for a family reunion and this cute townhouse was perfect in everyWay. Anne was extremely helpful when we had a family emergency. Walls full of art, close to Publix and coffee shops
What a great property for our weekend stay to Raleigh!!! Really enjoyed the awesome townhome… and the location!!! Everything at this townhome is comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!
Terrific stay. Beautifully appointed town home within walking distance to everything downtown. Anne was a terrific host. We plan on staying here next time we visit.
Great place, good location, excellent communication!
I stayed here with my daughter while visiting colleges and family in the area, and it was the perfect spot! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the communication with the owner was excellent. The decor was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic—there’s a Publix right across the street, plus Mellow Mushroom and Starbucks just a short walk away. A classic Krispy Kreme is only three minutes down the road; it’s definitely worth a visit, not only for the delicious donuts but also to see the iconic sign and watch the donuts being made! Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located in downtown Raleigh and was a very beautiful home. The owners did a nice job of decorating -- they have very good taste.
We came to Raleigh for parents weekend, and the place was perfect for two couples with each bedroom having a bathroom. The common area was very inviting and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The property is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s walking distance to everything you require during your stay and host recommendations and information provided helps with planning when visiting the city for the first time!
A perfect location for walkability to restaurants, museums, and close proximity to the R-Line (free public transportation that circles the downtown Raleigh area.)
The accommodations were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We appreciated the hosts information about Raleigh restaurants, suggested sightseeing, and the area.
We really enjoyed Raleigh. It is filled with art, culture, green spaces, and parks as well as a vibrant nightlife. We would definitely stay at this location again!
This was a great stay for our weekend in Raleigh. The place was very inviting and warm. We wish we could've stayed longer and when we come back, we will definitely be trying to book this place again!
Great place to stay near downtown. Walk to Glenwood and surrounding streets which have plenty of food & entertainment choices. Place is very comfortable in a small townhome development with nice neighbors.
We were in town for the QuiltCon show at the convention center. The house was perfectly located - a very short drive to the show and an easy walk to restaurants for dinners. The house is well appointed and in great shape- and the beds are comfortable!
Stayed a few days in downtown and couldn't ask for a better location. It was super close to bars and restaurants. Everything was very clean and Anne was great. Definitely will stay here next Raleigh trip.
Anne was extremely responsive and accommodating. This property was beyond clean. Even the plants were shiny and healthy. Great stay and highly recommend.
First time in Raleigh and totally enjoyed ourselves! The townhouse was just what expected, clean, quiet, and you can walk to a-lot of things! Thank you for your hospitality, we highly recommend! Perfect spot
We stayed here an event we had were attended at the convention center downtown. Its a bit of a hike to the convention center but a short walking distance to restaurants and bars. The place was impeccably clean and well organized. There was no outside noise to bother you during the night, but the train is close by with minimal noise.
I highly recommend this place for adults.
The property is in a great location! Walk to restaurants on Glenwood Ave and quick Uber ride to Cameron Village and anything going on at NCSU campus (parent’s weekend, graduation, etc). The condo is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable living spaces and beds.
This small townhome development is next to the up and coming Glenwood Street. Walkable to many restaurant, entertainment venues and grocery stores. Backs up to train tracks, but barely heard it. Nicely kept place - very comfortable. Parking outside garage - as garage is not included in rental.

About the host

Hi! I'm your host, Anne. I am a fine art photographer and you will see many of my photographs on display throughout our house. My family and I have been guests to many VRBO locations worldwide and know how great an experience it is to stay in a home versus a hotel. We have lived in this area since 2009 and love the downtown Raleigh atmosphere. We hope you love it as much as we do!
