Stay a while and enjoy relaxing on the front porch, entertaining in the open kitchen dining space or work from home at the desk area. Quaint and quiet, and pet friendly you won’t want to leave. Minutes to downtown and RDU!

Cute and compact this bungalow has it all! One floor living with open concept and there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with dresser and laundry, king bed, tv and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has a queen bed dresser, closet, tv and ceiling fan. The bungalow is fully updated and bright! The kitchen is stocked for entertaining with a gas stove and open concept with a comfy living room! Enjoy the porch swing and walkable neighborhood to bars, restaurants, coffee shop and bookstore along with conveniences such as target and cvs! Private parking for 3 cars in the back of the house, pet friendly with a $150 pet fee up to 2 pets and free street parking.
