Historic Downtown St. Augustine Bungalow
"Buba's Bungalow", a historic gem built between 1885-1894, is just a short walk to all that St. Augustine has to offer. There is 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + an office area with a twin daybed and trundle. One bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor. The access to one of the bedrooms upstairs is through the office. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes and cookware needed to prepare meals. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A private backyard is perfect for outdoor dining. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch.

About the host
Your host
We live in Nocatee and love the St. Augustine area. It was my dad's dream (Buba) to own an investment property with us. Unfortunately I lost my dad in May 2023, so we purchased this house and named it Buba's Bungalow in his honor.
Why they chose this property
The house is a short 7 minute walk to the heart of historical St. Augustine. There is private parking for 3 vehicles so you can park and then walk to downtown. The backyard is perfect for dining outside.
What makes this property unique
We updated the electrical, plumbing, air conditioning to bring the house to current code. We kept the inside as original as possible to reflect the time period it was built. It has the original hardwood floors.
