Design Villa with heated pool and catering services (optional) close to the sea


Southwest facing superb modern luxury villa of 370m2 with design furniture and all commodities in the residential area of Llenaire, located 200M from the sea. One floor distribution. The distribution includes an entrance-hall, followed by a spacious lounge and dining area (70m2). The sleeping area includes 4 en-suite double bedrooms (41m2, 26m2 and 2 x 23m2). All bathrooms have walk-in showers and the master bedroom also enjoys a separate bathtub. The kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens/Foster/Smeg appliances and has a lovely lounge area (55m2). It also disposes a Nespresso coffee machine as well as filter coffee machine. There are two big screen Smart televisions (international channels HIGH SPEED fiber optic INTERNET connection (up to 300MB), standard movie and sport channels, including sky sport channels( Opcional), Movistar+ is also available. Guest toilet, spacious laundry room, parquet floor and fully integrated air conditioned throughout (Hot&Cold). Pool towels are provided. You dispose also of table- tennis, a putting golf exercise mat. Heated pool (opcional): The heating of the pool, which reaches a maximum of 23ºC, can only be activated by the property and must be requested in advance. This service has an extra cost of 750 € / week (minimum price, which is maintained even if you book less than 7 nights, optional, ask for a quote). Spacious terraces and garden. Privacy assured from surrounding neighbours. In addition we have a fantastic catering service with a wide selection of several international and local menus as well as a full cook assistance service for every single need of our customers. GOLF courses: There are 2 Golf courses very nearby. The first one is located in Pollensa (10 min drive) and offers 9 holes. The second one, owned by the Porsche family, is located in Alcudia (Aucanada 15min drive) and offers 18 holes with fantastic sea views.
CYCLING: Our villa's location is ideal for your cycling trips weather easy going over flat roads to f.e. the Albufera (Alcudia) or for some more experienced people going into the Tramuntana mountain range.
The first SHOPS are only 500M away.

The villa was stunning. The pool was huge and the outside area was spacious and areas well proportioned with tasteful furnishings. The villa was beautifully decorated and very well kitted out with everything you need for your stay. The location of the villa is a little far from Puerto Pollensa but there is a local bus and taxis available and car hire was recommended. The host was great at communicating and the recommended restaurants were excellent.

Better than expected

This property is the rare gem that exceeded our expectations. It was like staying at a boutique hotel that we had all to ourselves. The house and it’s amenities were excellent, as was the location. The owners were extremely helpful and we could not have had a better stay.

Great time by all

Constanta and the team looked after our needs while at the Villa, even having the pool cleaned after the sand storm hit one night. Kids loved the Villa, thought it was Love Island , don’t know what that is myself 😂 Any way great weeks Holiday . Many thanks.

Fabulous villa

The villa is stunning and a great size for 8 adults (4 couples). In particular, the kitchen is highly equipped for home catering, and with the outside barbeque and eating areas, made for very special evenings. The hosts were extremely communicative, caring and fixed any minor issues very promptly. The location was perfect for our family. Quiet and about 30 minutes walk away from the main town (40 minutes to the marina - although a local bus is less than 10 minutes walk away ) - a pebble beach and shallow, warm sea is only a 1 minute walk away and allowed for a safe, "private beach" experience every evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay and would highly recommend this luxurious property to others who wish to escape.

Lovely holiday villa

We had a great week in this villa which was very well equipped with everything you could need. Constanza was there to meet us and explained everything to us. The oven did not work on our first night but the host arranged for a temporary replacement within half an hour and a technician arrived the next day to fix the problem. I would recommend you pay the extra to heat the pool as even when heated it wasn’t very warm. There are no bikes available at the property which it was advertised with. Also the villa backed onto a busy road so traffic noise was constant but this didn’t spoil our week. Overall a lovely villa, well equipped and very comfortable with beautiful outside space for all the family to enjoy.

Dream Villa

Photos do not do justice to this amazing villa. Spacious and creatively designed it provided the perfect stay with four capacious bedrooms and en-suites, the most incredible dining and chilling area, well-equipped kitchen leading to the outdoor terrace. All air conditioned. Outdoor facilities excellent with plenty of seating and dining areas, bbq, and large pool. Location was perfect; felt calm as approximately a 15 minute walk to Pollença port. Wide foot/cycle path adjacent to beach to port area and amenities etc. A great local Mallorcan restaurant Ca Josep close by with friendly & welcoming staff. Paddle board provided by the villa (and bikes) so a daily early morning 5 minute walk to reach the sea for a swim and paddle- genuine bliss. Communication with the owners was faultless; friendly and informative. Will definitely reserve again as provided the most relaxing and perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday with the family.

Our hosts were great and the villa was as described and more. It’s on the outskirts of town - which was fine for us - we got maximum use from the bicycles. But I’m recommend a car for shopping etc.

Fantastic area, great house, effective and friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa with a fantastic lounge, cooking/dining area, outdoor bbq, dining and lounging and heated pool. Something to do for children of all ages, clean and convenient, can’t really fault it. For us it was one of the few heated pool options we found available in Mallorca at the time we booked and it totally delivered on the promise!

Great family stay

We had a lovely stay at the villa, it's a short walk to restaurants and the beach and provided us with all the facilities we needed (for 2 couples with 2 babies). The house is big, lots of space and the outside pool area is lovely for sitting and relaxing outside. Communication and the process to rent the villa was seamless and so was check in/check out. We had a slight problem with a leak under the kitchen sink and it was dealt with professionally and very quickly, so was no real issue to us at all. The house has a homely feel to it, good for families!

5 star stay!

We stayed for a week in August as a large family group. Perfect spacious high-end accommodation, fabulous pool, very well equipped villa in an accessible location - 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach, less than 30 minutes walk to the Marina in Puerto Pollensa, 2 very good family friendly restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The villa exceeded our expectations - excellent in every way - thank you Frederick!
