Great guy! Check-in was easy and he even let us stay a little later at checkout, which was very convenient for us a little bit high on the price, but it was really nice and we had a great time there!

I am not comfortable leaving a negative review, but infortunately, this property fell well below our expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and upkeep. There were dirty dishes left in the sink, used toothbrushes, hairbrushes and razors in the bathroom, and a filthy shower rug. The carpeting was old and worn, dead ladybugs were accumulated in the bedroom corners, and windows and there was a black, slimy substance running down the wall and dresser. We also heard what sounded like a rodent moving inside the wall.The entire home had a stale, unpleasant odor and felt more like someone's recently vacated residence than a clean, prepared rental. The entryway room was full of old dirty items, door doesn't securely lock. Smelled like gas and the heater was very loud.While we don't expect luxury accommodations, we do expect a property to be thoroughly cleaned and ready for guests. Unfortunately, the overall condition made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during our stay. The property could benefit from significantly better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail.
