Comfortable, cozy, & fully furnished one bedroom farmhouse with covered parking spots. It used to be the only building within an 160 acre radius. Renovated and converted into a cozy guesthouse with modern amenities, while leaving its original charm untouched. Full kitchen w/ fridge, microwave, gas range, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Variety of coffees and teas; smart TV; gas grill; WiFi; full bath w/hair dryer, towels & linens. The guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful and native desert vegetation. It accommodates two guests in the bedroom with a queen sized bed, and could accommodate up to one adult or two child guests on a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

You will have the entire house and it is fully detached from the main house. There's a dedicated covered parking spot for you on the property. We also have a covered area to store bikes if you decide to bring your own.

Even though we are located in town once you are on the property it feels like you have been transported to the country side. Relax out on the patio in the mornings or evenings and listen to all the birds chirping and the quail and rabbits run around.
