Brand new studio apartment
Brand new studio apartment ,it is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It has all the essentials needed. This small studio is an extension of the house but it is closed off and has its own entrance. There will be room in the driveway to park. If the guests have any questions we are just a knock on the door away. The guest will also have live youtube tv . The grocery store is about 5 minutes away, the highway is about 8 minutes away and the Vero beach mall is about 15 minutes away.

guests that book more then one week will have to do there own cleaning and also wash and change there own sheets unless the request the host to do so for a $15,00 for every sheet change
it nice and quiet and peaceful
it is best to have your own car but there is a taxi company right down the block

Quiet hours from 10 pm till 8 am, please leave the apartment clean of any garbage or any food or drinks in the refrigerator, if you have pets please clean after your pets, you'll be charge for a pet fee of $5 per night. Pet limitations only small dogs and cats are allowed on the property and only one car is allowed to park on-premises
