Fully furnished Spic'n'span 2/2 condo, NO steps inside or outside, park in front of your door . Renovated corner unit with beautiful views of pond and fountain. This is an OVER 55 community, one person must be over 55 . Toasty warm pool steps away. Friendly community with clubhouse , bbq,s holiday parties etc. Always something to do and someone to do it with ! Approximately 12miles from Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva, and 20 minutes to airport. One minute drive to Cleveland Avenue (Route 41) loaded with restaurants, shops , malls, cafes, theaters. Minimum 2 months. Service animals are permitted only. 10-15 minutes from downtown Ft. Myers. Three comfortable recliners in living room, TV in both bedrooms, Roku TV to see the best movies, and beautiful views. 3 month minimum but longer stay better price.
