We loved the house and property. But the back deck isn't safe. My step daughter step on a nail and had to go to urgent care. We made everyone wear some kind of foot wear on the decking.

Matthew, thank you for your review and for highlighting that your group had a great time overall. We're glad you enjoyed the property and your weekend getaway. It is true that, upon checkout, you reported finding a deceased mouse floating in the pool. We responded immediately by removing it and thoroughly sanitizing the pool prior to our next guests' arrival. While certainly not ideal, our homes are located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains near Yosemite National Park, where the occasional critter can unfortunately find its way into outdoor areas despite regular maintenance and pool service. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear this isolated incident didn't overshadow what sounds like an otherwise enjoyable stay. -The Love Yosemite Team

Beautiful home, great location, very spacious. Minute away from gas station and grocery store. About 30min from Yosemite. Had everything we needed to accommodate us, from adult to infant. Host was quick to respond whenever we reached out. Definitely will be returning for our next family trip

Our family enjoyed everything about the property I would recommend the stay.Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is“”Main reason No TV in the Living Room and in the bedrooms, only tv’s are in kids room and game room””which is odd and the doors need fixing they stick when opening and closing.

Great stay!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in the Cedar Creek Lodge! All the rooms were clean and the hot tub/pool/outdoor area was very accessible and easy to use. The Game room was fun for everyone as well. Loved the bedroom layout upstairs! I would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

Nice and clean

We stayed here in this house for three nights and we all 15 people are happy with it. They have all kitchen stuffs for what you need. All beds and comforter are very good. Overall I would recommend this rental to my friends

Zero complaints while using both houses for 8 persons. Clean, easy to follow instructions, drawers and switches nicely labeled, great communications with owners/mgr's, easy checkout process, etc. Really a nice property. Only opportunities are installing a latch on the main house front door so that it can be closed and remain unlocked without using the deadbolt. This would help 2nd house occupants when joining the group at main house. Also, some way to disengage the motion sensors on the patio lights so that they can remain on using just the switches. This would actually be a great improvement from a safety standpoint.

Amazing place for a staycation

We were a group of 8 families with 24 members including kids and infants. The place was amazing and just perfect for us. Everything was clean and as listed. We ended up mostly staying home and enjoying the comforts at the house. It is spacious and perfect for a large group with different areas where different groups could hang out. The guest house is separate from main house which is perfect since that was used by folks who wanted to have some private time away from the group. Everything in the house was very clean. The bathrooms had new fittings and kitchen was well equipped. We used the pool, hot tub and the BBQ grill. Would definitely return for our next big family get together.

We rented this for a family reunion. We had 22 kids and adults from 8 households. The house and guest house provided ample space for this relatively large group. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a short drive from a Vons and Raley's. It was an easy drive to Yosemite and everyone was able to find activities that suited them. The staff were extremely responsive both before and during the trip and answered the many questions I had. When we had a minor issue with a door lock, someone was there to address it within 10 minutes! The only thing that would have made this better for our family was a better-equipped kitchen. If you plan to eat out or get carryout, the house will work well. If you are a chef or baker, you may want to bring your own equipment. But the staff were very helpful in letting us know ahead of our visit what small appliances they did and didn't have in the kitchen. All-in-all, great house for a large gathering. I definitely recommend Cedar Creek Lodge! Thank you again to the wonderful staff!
