Welcome to our unique condo overlooking the park and pond! This former office building has been thoughtfully converted into a residential living complex and offers a comfortable and scenic place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's perfect for couples, families, and friends looking for a peaceful getaway. Take it easy at this simple unique and tranquil getaway. This condo is complete with spectacular views of the mountains and overlooks the River Rock Park and Pond. Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, washer & dryer, and convenience store located in the building. 16 minutes from downtown Bozeman and MSU, 7 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, 90 miles from West Yellowstone National Park and 50 miles to Big Sky & close to other Montana outdoor adventures.
The condo features two bedrooms, a pull-out trundle sofa, a stocked kitchen with basic essentials, extra pillows and blankets, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Enjoy beautiful pond and lake walks, outdoor activities, and the natural surroundings right outside your door.
Because the building was originally designed as an office building, the HVAC system operates a little differently than a traditional condo. The unit has two thermostats for guest use, but the building's central system—which is managed by building maintenance and serves the hallways and common areas—can affect the temperature inside the unit. We provide portable heaters and a portable cooler for your comfort, but we cannot guarantee the temperature will always be perfect for everyone's preferences.
As with any condominium-style property, you may occasionally hear neighbors or experience normal building activity that is outside of our control.
We both work full-time but are always happy to help and will do our best to respond to messages as quickly as possible. While we aren't available on demand, we want you to have a wonderful stay and are here to assist whenever we can.

Please lock door and return key to lock box and place on outside of the door.
Turn off lights, appliances and set thermostat to 70.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Building quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

Everything you need with bonus view!

The apartment was so comfortable, with lots of open space and all the amenities necessary for our prolonged stay. The view from the living and dining room windows was beautiful, overlooking the community’s pond and also the Bridger Mountains off to the side. The bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked like a dream. Plenty of storage for suitcases, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely return in future trips to Belgrade!

Our stay at this location was very nice! The views from the living room and dining room windows were beautiful! We enjoyed our walks around the lake, and it was a perfect place for hosting our nearby family for meals. We would definitely plan to stay here again!

The condo also has a pull out trundle bed couch for additional sleeping arrangements. There are also 2 fat tire bikes and a paddle board available for rent.
